There are 2 ways to create a Ridely account:
- Download the Ridely app from App Store or Google Play OR
- Create an account on our website Ridely.com.
Use your email address, Facebook, or Apple/Google account to create your login. If you choose to create your account with an email address there is no password needed. We will instead send you a link to the email address of your choice where you confirm your account.
Log into your account with the same credentials that you used while setting up your account (email address, Facebook, or Apple/Google).
Click on the Home button in the bottom menu in the app. At the top it says Add horse. You can add as many horses as you like in the free version and PRO version.
Ridely is available in English and in Swedish.
🌟 Ridely PRO
When you purchase PRO you get access to all the awesome features of the Ridely app! If you make the purchase before you download the app, you create an account during your purchase. You can then download the app on AppStore or Google Play and sign in with the same user credentials. You will now have access to PRO. If you already have Ridely on your phone, you provide the email address you use in the app when purchasing. You will then have access to PRO in the app.
You can either subscribe to Ridely PRO in the app or on our website. Please choose the subscription plan of your choice. There is also a free trial available the first time you try it out.
iOS/iPhone: If you started your subscription directly in the Ridely app you cancel your subscription directly in your phone. Go to Settings – Apple ID – Subscriptions and cancel your subscription there.
Android: You cancel your subscription through your Google account on your phone. Please click here and you will come to a short 5 step guide from Google showing how to unsubscribe from an Android app subscription.
If you started your subscription on our website, please then log in to your account on our website here and cancel your subscription there.
Please first make sure that you are logged in to the right account that you used to start your PRO subscription. You can log in either with an email address, Facebook or Apple/Google. If you are logged in to the right account it could be that the app lost the connection to Apple/Google. On the home screen of the app, click your profile in the top left. Then click “Subscribe” followed by “Restore purchase”.

Yes, you can choose to share a link via any messaging app and the other person can open it in their browser (mobile or desktop) and follow your ride. They will be able to see the time that the ride started, if you completed the ride, or if you’re inactive (meaning you don’t have a steady internet connection at that particular time).
Yes, the live share feature is exclusive for Ridely PRO members. You can use our 7 day free trial to see for yourself if you enjoy it!
The live share feature works best with a steady internet connection, however, if you momentarily disconnect from the internet, your status will switch to “inactive” and the people following you will see your detailed location again once your connection is reestablished.
The users watching you can export your exact geo-location to their Google Maps or Apple Maps app and start navigating from there.
