Hopoti and Ridely Partner to Expand Rider Education and Horse Welfare Programs in Riding Schools

Hopoti, an admin platform and marketplace for riding schools, today announced a partnership with Ridely, the award-winning equestrian training and horse welfare app. Together, the companies will offer Ridely’s rider training content and Horse Welfare Score to Hopoti’s users to enable them to complement their daily learning’s in the riding school with additional virtual training.

Riding schools shape riders from their very first lesson, not only in technical skills but in their understanding of horsemanship, welfare, and responsibility. The partnership will enable Hopoti to offer riding schools access to Ridely’s educational online resources, allowing them to build well-rounded curricula that prioritizes the horse’s physical and mental well-being alongside rider development. Schools will also be able to showcase their commitment to welfare as Horse Welfare Score partners.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Hopoti to bring Ridely’s educational tools to riding schools at scale,” said Ingrid Sundqvist, Founder and CEO of Ridely. “I started out at a riding school, and it’s where my love for horses truly grew and where I learned the value of horsemanship and care. Riding schools are the place where lifelong attitudes toward horses are formed. By giving schools online tools to share welfare and training education from day one, we can help shape a generation of riders who truly understand what it means to put the horse first.”

“Riding schools do more than teach people to ride. They lay the foundation for how riders think about horses, training, and care throughout their entire equestrian journey. Partnering with Ridely allows us to support schools in delivering education that goes deeper than what happens in the arena, strengthening welfare standards and the industry as a whole.” said Joonas Mononen, Head of Operations of Hopoti.

Further details on the partnership and the full range of programs available to riding schools will be announced in the coming months.
